Actual occupation: Lab assistant
Institution: Universidad de Chile
Research on: Genomic features of the Altiplano’s fauna.
Educational Background:
2005 – 2011. Engineering in Molecular Biotechnology, Universidad de Chile. Dissertation title: “Quantitative proteomics studies in Escherichia coli mutants lack in the enzymes related to the metabolism of inorganic polyphosphates”. Advisor: Francisco Chávez.
Research Interest: My research interests are the genomic features of fishes belonging to the Genus Orestias and the transcriptomic response to the local adaptation to temperature in the frog Rhinella spinulosa. I am also interested in the genomic of the annual fish Austrolebiascharrua.
